- Clients should not tan or use any means to darken their natural skin before, after, or during their course of treatment.
- Do not use Accutane for at least 12 (twelve) months before and for the duration of your laser series.
- Do not use Retin-A, Glycolic, and Alpha Hydroxy for 2 (two) weeks prior to your procedure.
- Avoid any type of chemical peel in the treatment area four weeks prior to and after the laser procedure.
- Do not start any laser procedure if are currently or planning on becoming pregnant.
- Do not start any laser procedure if you have a history of seizures.
- Areas should be shaved one to two days prior to procedure. Some hair is useful to determine areas to be treated.
- Do not wax, tweeze, or thread 6 weeks prior to laser hair removal procedure.
- The Clinical Staff at Skin 2o Med Spa will review before and after laser hair removal treatment protocol at each of your visits. It is important to inform our clinical staff of any changes in your medication or skin condition.
